By accessing and using the DNA Prime Property Services website (dna-pps.com), you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Services

DNA Prime Property Services provides window cleaning, power washing, landscaping, and hardscaping services in the Greenwood, Indiana area and surrounding communities. All quotes are estimates and final pricing may vary based on actual job scope and conditions.

3. Payment Policy

Payment is due upon completion and customer approval of work. No deposits are required. Payment methods accepted will be communicated at the time of service.

4. Warranty

Landscaping and hardscaping services include a 1 year warranty covering issues such as washout, settling, and shifting. Window cleaning customers on the 4x annual plan receive a free warranty covering cleaning between scheduled visits. Warranty claims should be reported to us as soon as possible.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a trip fee at our discretion.

6. Website Use

7. Limitation of Liability
